I’m Chloe, a qualified and accredited CBT therapist offering a supportive, down to earth, compassionate space for you to explore whatever you’re going through. My approach helps enable you to understand patterns, build coping strategies and realign with the version of yourself you want to be.
I have over 10 years’ experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties. As a therapist, I aim to guide and support you to work towards your goals, whatever they may be. I work with a variety of anxiety disorders and depression. My special interests include working with OCD, specific phobias and working with difficulties underpinned by low self-esteem.
I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specialist training for working with long-term health conditions.
